Over time, one issue became increasingly apparent: intellectual property is often treated as an afterthought despite being one of a business's most valuable assets. Brands are launched before trademarks are secured, creative works are commercialised without clear ownership structures, and collaborations proceed without the contractual safeguards necessary to support sustainable growth.
