Roshni Selin Lepcha focuses on copyright and related commercial matters, advising clients on the protection, ownership, and use of creative works. Her experience includes copyright protection, legal research, contract review, and documentation, with particular interest in the legal issues that arise in the creation, licensing, and commercial exploitation of intellectual property.
Prior to joining KYI & Associates, she gained experience working with law firms and matters before the High Court, providing her with a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and dispute-related work. Combined with her experience in corporate compliance and commercial documentation, she brings a practical and detail-oriented approach to helping clients protect and manage their creative assets.
